When the North American version of the game was originally released, Bayman only had three costumes available to him (though one was an alternate costume). With the release of the Japanese and PAL versions, Bayman gained one new unlockable costume, and North America was able to obtain it through the Booster Disc/Pack.

|Costume 1 - Orange army vest, black t-shirt, urban camouflage pants, and black boots with red laces, with a red Spetsnaz beret, an army dog tag, and black, fingerless military gloves.

|Costume 2 - Dark grey, turtleneck sweater, grey pants, a deep grey knit cap, black boots, fingerless fighting gloves. He also has three black lines going across his face.
For weapons, Bayman has a black pistol which is kept in a handgun holster on the right side of his body, and a combat knife which is kept in its own scabbard and found on his left breast.
|Costume 3 - Black scuba suit with dark purple detail, with black swimfins, goggles, a rebreather attached to his back, and a gun holster on his right thigh, carrying a submachine gun.
(This costume is a redesign of his fourth costume from the Sega Saturn version of Dead or Alive.)
