The following is the list of tag partners with unique tag throws in the Dead or Alive 2 and DOA2: Hardcore games.

Dead or Alive 2 was the first game in the series to have Tag Battle Mode, and all of the playable characters (with exception to Tengu) each have a set of unique tag throws with different partners.

The regular command for the tag throws, whether it may be an unique throw or not, is Front ArrowFront ArrowHold ButtonPlus SignPunch ButtonPlus SignBlue Kick Button. If a pair of tag partners has more than two throws however, the second command (Down ArrowDown-Front ArrowFront ArrowHold ButtonPlus SignPunch ButtonPlus SignBlue Kick Button) is needed to perform the alternative throw(s).

AyaneEdit

Ayane has a total of 9 unique tag throws between 6 different tag partners. It is only with one of these tag partners however that Ayane is able to perform an intro and outro with before and after the tag match, and that is Ein.

It should be noted that Bayman shares the same tag partners and throws with Leon, considering that both share the same martial art, and that Bayman was added on in the later Dead or Alive 2 games.
