The following article is the list of tag partners with unique tag throws in Dead or Alive 5 and its PlayStation Vita port Dead or Alive 5+.

Continuing on from the previous main series game Dead or Alive 4, Dead or Alive 5 added new tag partners and throws for the characters. The game does however use the new command Throw (and 6 / ForwardThrow for partners with more than two throws) that was previously established in Dead or Alive Dimensions.

Unlike previous games in the series, Dead or Alive 5 marked the first time which non-main series characters were given unique throws with partners, such as with the guest characters from the Virtua Fighter series.

Alpha-152 was the only playable character however to not receive any tag partners nor unique throws.
