He also has the least amount with just 2 costumes.
Raidou has the least amount of unlockable and total costumes in the Japanese and North American PlayStation versions, with 1 unlockable and 3 in total.
Along with Zack, Hayabusa, and Jann Lee, Raidou also has the least amount of costumes in the PAL version, with each having 5 in total.
