The following are the costumes available to Leifang in the 2013 title, Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate.

At the start of the game, Leifang has fourteen different costumes, with two being available from the start, and the remaining twelve costumes being unlocked through either Arcade Mode, Time Attack Mode, or Survival Mode.

Leifang's costumes are unlocked in the order listed, regardless of the difficulty and mode played. For the tag team option, both characters will unlock a costume, and all of the costumes can be unlocked even from courses that were already cleared.

With the release of the downloadable costumes, Leifang was given twenty-two different DLC costumes, adding her total up to thirty-six costumes.

• The name of Leifang's first costume originally appeared in the 2006 title, Dead or Alive Xtreme 2.
• Costume 34 was designed by a fan for a costume design contest, set up by Team Ninja.
