The following are the costumes available to Kasumi in the 2001 Xbox title, Dead or Alive 3.

When the North American version of the game was originally released, Kasumi only had two costumes available to her. With the release of the Japanese and PAL versions, Kasumi gained three new unlockable costumes, and North America was able to obtain the new costumes through the Booster Disc/Pack.

KasumiDOA3C1 Costume 1 - Medium blue, puffy-sleeved shinobi tunic with an image of two swans on the skirt section, a white trim, and the kanji for "Eighteenth generation of Tenshin-style: Kasumi" (天神流第十八代目霞 Tenshin-ryū dai jūhachi-daime: Kasumi) written on the back, with a white sash tied around her waist to hold both her tunic and wakizashi in place. She also wears sandals with blue shin-guards, white thigh-high socks, blue arm-guards with white detail and gold wristbands, and a white choker.

(Originally her second costume from the arcade version of the first Dead or Alive.)

KasumiDOA3C2 Costume 2 - White, sleeveless shinobi tunic with a cherry blossom petals image on the skirt section, a red trim, and the kanji for "Eighteenth generation of Tenshin-style: Kasumi" (天神流第十八代目霞 Tenshin-ryū dai jūhachi-daime: Kasumi) written on the back, with a pink sash tied around her waist to hold both her tunic and wakizashi in place. She also wears sandals with white shin-guards, white thigh-high socks, white detached sleeves, white arm-guards with red detail and gold wristbands, and a red choker.
