Scramble is a stage that first appeared in Dead or Alive 5.
Description
The stage is set atop a skyscraper currently under construction in the middle of Tokyo. Surrounding the arena are live generators that are capable of damaging an opponent thrown into them and the area is bathed in the work lights. The stage is set at night.
Hitting an opponent against the iron beam facing off the edge of the building will trigger a two-phase danger zone. The first time an opponent is slammed into the wall, the nearby crane holding a beam will begin going haywire and start slamming the beam into some of the structure, causing substantial damage and altering the layout of the stage (will cause the stage to tilt at a slight angle as well). If the opponent is once again slammed against the wall following the first interaction, a Cliffhanger danger zone will initiate and the victim will roll off the edge of the building as the entire structure begins to collapse. After the Cliffhanger concludes, the fight will drop down to the streets of Tokyo, which is now in mass disarray as a tanker truck that was passing by crashes and explodes, wiping out all the nearby traffic. On the ground level there is a danger zone triggered by slamming an opponent against one of the cars that was caught in the mayhem. A beam will drop out of the sky and slam into the car vertically, causing it to explode and blowing the victim away.

Trivia
- Scramble was also the only arena available in the playable demo of Dead or Alive 5 and was released with special editions of Ninja Gaiden 3.
- The danger zone that occurs when someone triggers the cliffhanger can be seen from the ground level during Kokoro's chapter in the Story Mode, as she happens to be walking through the area when the incident occurs.
