The following are the costumes available to Zack in the 2004 Xbox title, Dead or Alive Ultimate.
Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate[]
With Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate being a direct port of the Sega Saturn version of the first Dead or Alive, Zack regains all five of his costumes from the game.
Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate[]
With Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate being a remake of the Dead or Alive 2 games, Zack regains all six of his original costumes, and also gains two brand new costumes.

- When performing an appeal when wearing Zack's third and seventh costumes in Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate, the antenna's light can be turned on and off.
- When performing an appeal when wearing Zack's fifth costume in Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate, his eyes and the mask emit bright blue-white flames.
